Boing Boing is often good for a little enlightenment, and sometimes even a touch of genius.
This is one of those times.
Behold the brownie pan of my dreams. Every piece has at least two edge sides, and two pieces have three edges.
All edge pieces, all the time. Ooh, yeah.
Developed by a young married couple, Emily and Matt Griffin (who are apparently brownie edge aficionados), the Edge Brownie Pan is not just for classic brownies. Their website offers recipes for several varieties of brownies, as well as banana bread, pineapple upside down cake, and lasagne (lasagne?), all baked in this little jewel. Their company, Baker’s Edge, has one product, and this is it (though they do have an actual lasagne pan in the works).
Lasagne is nice and all. But the brownies. This might be revolutionary.
