What’s the whole story here?
Nineteen year old Pfc. LaVena Johnson died in Iraq; the Army declared her death a suicide.
Her grieving parents want to know why she appeared to have been raped and beaten before being shot with an M-16 that shows no signs she touched it.
More than a few of the details don’t add up. Her parents seem to have a valid claim.
Take a minute to learn a little more about this case, and, if you’re so inclined, sign the petition to re-open the investigation into the death of this teenager.
