The display is great, very legible, looks like a book, and she also likes that no one can see what she's reading, and that you can buy whatever book you want instantaneously. They have a small house, and it solved a huge storage problem for them as well. However, if you drop a mass market paperback in the bathtub, you're out 6.99. Drop your kindle and it's, what 350 bucks. Also, with that high initial cost, even if you're my sister reading 3 or 4 books a week, it's still years before you break even. For me, on two books a week, I don't see how i'd ever get my money out of it. My sister has one, and loves it.
